Voot Philips Hair Care Quiz Contest Terms and Condition

This Voot Philips Hair Care Quiz Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Organizers") and Philips India. Limited for its brand ‘Philips Hair Care’ (“Sponsor”) is open to all applicants for participation who meet the following requirements for participation (“Participants”):

a. All citizens of India;

b. who are above 18 (Eighteen) years of age;

c. are viewers of the channel “MTV” (“Channel”);

d. Have and are able to provide a valid email address to Viacom18 when required;

e. Have downloaded the Voot mobile application (owned and operated by Viacom18) on their mobile phone device and/or any other device (“Voot App”) and registered themselves on the Voot App.

f. The Participant agrees that he/she will be required to submit all valid proofs of name/age/ address/ nationality/citizenship and/or any other document if and as may be required by Viacom18 from time to time.

Contest Period: The Contest shall commence from 19th June 2021 and shall conclude on 13th August 2021 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”).

Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

The Winner shall be announced at the end of the Contest Period or at such other date as decided by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

Prize:

a. Each Winner would be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Advanced Oil Infused white heated brush from Philips’ each worth approximately INR 4495/- (Indian Rupees Four Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety-Five only) each, sponsored and provided to Organizer by the Sponsor (“Prize”). Upon completion of the Contest Period, Viacom18 shall share with the Sponsor the details of all entries received along with participant details, basis which the Sponsor shall be solely responsible to select the Winners determined at their sole discretion and provide Organizer with the Prize to be distributed to the Winners. Each product hamper may be subject to additional terms and conditions as may be imposed and informed by Sponsor at the time of distribution. Winner understands and agrees that Viacom18 shall not be held responsible for such selection of the Winner and/or Prize and its distribution and same has been sponsored and provided by the Sponsor.
